About the MSF
The Michiana Social Forum (MSF) was launched in January 2008, following a global day of action that was part of the World Social Forum process. Discussions by Michiana organizers and other residents concerned with social justice issues led to the creation of three networks that aim to further the work of the MSF.
Following work being done in other parts of the world, our goal is to help citizens become more involved in efforts to make a better Michiana–and a better world–possible. The MSF works to support ongoing efforts of local groups and focus attention of social justice activists around common objectives.
